Conference Services
Carolina Convention Services & Rentals can offer clients conference services as well. Items available for conference services include seating, projectors, projector screens, public address systems, wireless handheld and lavaliere microphones, podiums, podium microphones, easels, flip charts, tac boards, and more! We are capable of walking into an empty warehouse or exhibit hall and transforming the space into a meeting facility complete with a conference area and an expo hall.

STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSIONS: everything from growing your event to increasing profit, CCSR is your partner every step of the way. Capitalize on our years of event experience to assist with your upcoming event. On-site and face-to-face meetings are the norm in planning and detailing for a successful event. INTERACTIVE FLOOR PLAN: CCSR now has the ability to develop an interactive floor plan for your event. Contact us to learn more about this exciting benefit.

EXHIBITOR SERVICE GUIDE (ESG): this helpful information kit is designed and completely customized for your event. Distributed to vendors / exhibitors prior to the event, the ESG assist vendors in planning for your show and ensuring all of their needs are met prior to vendor load in. The ESG includes a summary of pertinent dates and times, listing of standard booth equipment, options for freight handling services and drayage, ordering opportunities for additional booth accessories and more.
POST SHOW MEETING & DEBRIEFING: a brief meeting or conference call following your event to discuss our performance and details moving forward. This is another opportunity to call on our previous experience to discuss ways to further enhance your event.

BOOTH SERVICES
Vendor / Exhibit Booth Services
Carolina Convention Services & Rentals offers the following equipment for each trade show booth:
- 8' high flame retardant back walls
- 3' high flame retardant side walls
- 4', 6', or 8' expo tables (24" width) covered with vinyl taffeta
- Table Skirting
- Folding Chair(s)
- Waste Baskets
- Booth Identification Signage

Customization Options:
We offer more than 20 colors with unlimited number of combinations for drape and table skirts. Vendor / exhibitor booths can be configured in sizes from 6'x6' or larger with 8'x10' and 10'x10' being the most popular sizes.
In addition to booth equipment, CCSR also offers pipe and drape as room divider, masking drape, and backdrops in show colors at heights ranging from 3' to 10'. Linear drape is also available at heights of 10' up to 16' in select colors. Please contact us for available colors at these heights.
Aisle carpet can also be added to accent the look of your show. Booth carpet is also available as part of the standard booth equipment package or as an additional rental item to vendors / exhibitors through our Exhibitor Service Guide (ESG).
